Tuning into the frequencies of the various supportive crystalline sound instruments helps to clear the mind, lifts the spirit and clears out density in the body and energy field.
In this sound bath class, we will be activating the light body with resonant sounds, healing frequencies and supercharged quantum codes with crystalline sound healing instruments such as: Crystal Sound Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Tuning Forks, Tuned Pipes, Tingshas and Ocean Drums.

All participants will leave with a 3-day New Moon kit consisting of crystal(s), tea, bath salt and oil.
Doors open 30 mins before the session, class will begin promptly at 11:30 am. Anyone arriving late will not be permitted to attend. Please dress comfortably, meditation pillows and/or yoga mats will be provided. You may also bring any blankets, pillows or bolsters for added comfort if you’d like. We also encourage you to bring water.
