About the event
What is Shadow work? We get asked that question quite frequently. Like a shadow, there is much mystery surrounding our shadows.
For many, our shadows equal our disowned selves. We all possess a dark side and that started when we were young. We would hide certain qualities that were deemed unacceptable as if it was inferior or even, dare we say, evil.
It’s easier to point out things in others than it is to look deep into ourselves, isn’t it? Most of us don’t like someone else pointing out our “flaws” - those parts of us we want to keep hidden.
In our SHINE Shadow Work workshops, we carefully delve into things we have repressed for years. Since we can’t eliminate a shadow, we benefit greatly from learning more about our entire selves. This can lead to greater authenticity, improved relationships, creativity, energy and personal awakening.
